The DoR is a privately held organization, and while we work with various government agencies and provide links to their sites, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity.

The purpose of this Site is to provide information and services to homeowners who have lost their homes to foreclosure and who may have funds (or “overages”) owed to them after the sale of their homes at auction. This process is complex and often poorly documented by individual states, and our goal is to assist homeowners in navigating it. DoR may receive compensation for recovered funds but does not receive any finacial assistance or compensation from any government entity.
